摘要: 1. Adenosine inhibits thymidine and uridine incorporation of PHA-stimulated lymphocytes man horse at concentrations higher than 50 10 microM, respectively. Deoxyadenosine is inhibitory 100 microM. Thymidine porcine are elevated 5-7-fold by 25-100 microM adenosine, deoxyadenosine, inosine hypoxanthine. Leucine was affected adenosine deoxyadenosine in the same way, but to a lower extent. 2. Effects were more pronounced shorter cultivation times. 3. EHNA potentiated effects on human equine lymphocytes. With inhibition EHNA. only combination inhibitory. 4. Homocysteine with lymphocytes, not or alone. 5. suppressed elevation PRPP concentrations. remained level 0 hr, while concentration decreased below that level. 6. The various man, pig can partially be related differences metabolism.
