摘要: Zymogen granules (ZGs) are specialized storage organelles in the exocrine pancreas that allow sorting, packaging and regulated apical secretion of digestive enzymes. ZG constituents play important roles pancreatic injury disease. The molecular mechanisms underlying these processes still poorly defined. Thus, there is currently great interest identification characterization components. Recent proteomic studies have greatly enhanced our knowledge regarding potential new 'players' biogenesis secretion. In this article, we present latest advancements insights into analysis proteome by combination organelle isolation, protein separation, mass spectrometry validation identification. developments proteins from juice related saliva also discussed.
