摘要: Primary headache disorders include migraine, tension-type headaches, and the trigeminal autonomic cephalgias (TACs). "Primary" refers to a lack of clear underlying causative pathology, trauma, or systemic disease. The TACs cluster headache, paroxysmal hemicrania, short-lasting neuralgiform attacks with conjunctival injection tearing; hemicrania continua, although classified separately by International Headache Society, shares many features both migraine TACs. This article describes treatment these disorders.
