摘要: Prostate cancer is the most common in male population. Radiotherapy often used to control abnormal growth of cells. In radiotherapy treatment oncologist makes a trade-off between risk and benefit radiation i.e. task deliver high dose cells minimize side effects treatment. A case based reasoning developed capture expertise experience oncologists treating previous patients. The proposed retrieval process radiation. Importance (weights) different clinical parameters planning highly subjective generally fixed system with input from on their past experience. this research, weights corresponding each feature are updated automatically time after generating plan for new patient using group Simulated Annealing approach. approach analyzed real data sets collected Nottingham University Hospitals NHS, City Hospital Campus, UK. Extensive experiments show that cases, suggested by method coherent prescribed an experienced or even better.
