摘要: Multiobjective radiotherapy planning aims to capture all clinically relevant trade-offs between the various goals. This is accomplished by calculating a representative set of Pareto optimal solutions and storing them in database. The structure these sets still not fully investigated. We propose two methods for systematic analysis multiobjective databases: principal component isomap method. Both are able extract key from database provide information which can lead better understanding clinical case intensity-modulated radiation therapy general.
