摘要: OBJECTIVES: The aim of this paper is to evaluate the influence internal anatomy on leakage root canals filled with thermoplastic technique. MATERIALS AND METHODS: upper central incisors (UCI) and mesial roots lower molars (MRLM) (n = 12 each) were tested regarding using gas-enhanced permeation test (GEPT) after filling. quality fillings was assessed micro-computed tomography (μCT) by superimposing scans before treatment calculate unfilled volume. calculated void volume compared between groups correlated measured values. Data analyzed t Pearson's correlation tests (p < 0.05). RESULTS: mean did not differ UCI MRLM (13.7 ± 6.2% vs. 14.2 ± 6.8%, respectively). However, significantly more evident in (p < 0.001). While highly group (R = 0.981, p < 0.001), no found (R = 0.467, p = 0.126). CONCLUSION: showed higher values, which canal fillings. CLINICAL RELEVANCE: Care should always be taken while doing treatments, but attention teeth known/expected complex considered.
