摘要: PURPOSE To investigate the sealing properties of root fillings with resin-coated gutta-percha cones and a methacrylate-based resin endodontic sealer without an accelerator component in canals subjected to immediate or delayed post space preparation. METHODS Forty-eight extracted human teeth single straight were treated endodontically. Specimens then assigned four groups 10 each (n=10). After autoclaving, following operative procedures carried out under strict aseptic conditions. In Group 1 filled methacrylate based (EndoREZ). Post preparations performed 2 minutes after had set. as but addition chemical accelerator. The also Groups 3 4 respectively, however done 7 days canal filling was completed. One positive one negative control tooth per group added. All specimens coronal bacterial leakage E. faecalis during 60-day period using dual chamber microbial model. Data analyzed among Kaplan-Meier survival analysis while significant pairwise differences log-rank test (P 0.05) observed between 4. However, differed significantly from (P<0.05).
