摘要: This article describes the data on isotopic effects of deuterium in various biological objects as cells methylotrophic, chemoheterotrophic, photoorganotrophic microorganisms, green algae well animal cells. It was demonstrated that increased content water leads to physiological, morphological and cytology alterations cell, also renders negative influence cellular metabolism, while depleted (DDW) with decreased 20–30 % exerts beneficial organism. The maximum kinetic effect measured at ordinary temperatures chemical reactions leading rupture bonds involving hydrogen lies range k H /k D = 6–8 for C – versus , N O - . By IR-spectroscopy method samples varying were investigated. Key words: deuterium, heavy water, effects, systems, IR-spectroscopy.
