摘要: A review of acquisitions and unresolved problems concerning F-centres in alkali halides is presented. The main conclusions area) the temperature dependence bands mainly due to thermal expansion for absorption process electron-phonon interaction emission process: latter half-width Huang-Rhys factor values are related transverse optical frequency ones;b) lifetime τR relaxed excited state not intrinsic at low because between F-and α-centres always present real samples;c) even though absolute quantum yield decreases when F-centre concentration increased, relative ηr unaffected by change on concentration, strongly evidencing a nonhomogenous distribution samples;d) temperature-dependent, fine structure (an ηr) observed but only control samples better than few hundredth degree: this effect has been interpreted terms interactions which involve F-, α-and F′-centres.
