摘要: Aim: To compare the interocular and intraocular differences of capillary perfusion, regional retinal blood flow in macular area healthy volunteers. Methods: Tissue macula was examined both eyes 20 volunteers with Heidelberg flowmeter. Blood measurements were made a 10°×2.5° superior inferior to macula. The mean (MBF) calculated by an automatic full field perfusion image analyser program. MBF right left areas same eye compared. Results: ratios 1.00, 1.03, respectively. ratio 1.01 for 1.04 eyes. Conclusions: Because no significant found between two eye, (for example, affected versus fellow eye) (superior areas) comparisons can be determine if changes have occurred.
