摘要: In the field of neurosurgery, like in other surgical specialties, last decades have brought major achievements. The series revolutionary discoveries has started during century fifties, with stereotactic radiosurgery, then continued implementation operative microscope (during seventies), endovascular embolisation nineties and finally improvement robotic neurosurgery molecular at beginning this century. The innovation been not only therapeutical measures but also neuro– imaging. Thus, modern MRI more than 3 Tesla, can reveal to neurosurgeon most intimate structures nervous system. Several important areas like: vascular functional brain tumors pathology, benefit from technology latest genetic biology. In conclusion, summarizing decade, we emphasize that related genetics, biology, computer become future progress neurosurgery.
