摘要: Variation of peroxide value in water-degummed and alkali-refined soy oil during bleaching using regenerated clay under vacuum was investigated this study. Experimental results indicated that the rate reduction dimensionless increased with an increase ratio clay/oil or temperature. The could also be by decreasing pressure, particle size water content clay. Initial agitation speed, however, were found to have no influence on rate. Furthermore, empirical relationship between time determined. Regenerated produced work more efficient than activated reducing peroxides.
