摘要: In this investigation, the variation of peroxide value in water-degummed and alkali-refined soy oil during bleaching under nitrogen stream using regenerated clay was studied. Experimental results indicated that removal efficiency found to be higher than vacuum. The reduced monotonically with time rate reduction increased upon increasing initial value, ratio clay/oil, agitation speed or temperature. also by decreasing particle size clay. flow water content clay, however, were have no influence on rate.
