摘要: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) of childhood has been cytogenetically well characterized, and approximately 25% cases will have a high-hyperdiploid (51–68) chromosome complement. In 5 year period consecutive series 152 presentation ALL's were karyotyped. all result was obtained 138 (91%) had detectable abnormal clone which 44 (29%) high-hyperdiploid. Within the high-hyperdiploidy group karyotypic cell to variation observed in many cases. To provide further evidence this phenomenon dual-color fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) experiment performed on stored fixed suspension from 14 with such karyotype. each case 4–6 probes investigated, employing centromeres chromosomes X, 4, 6, 8, 10 locus specific probe 21q22. It found that FISH produced results generally good agreement G-banding findings supported notion variation. furth...
