摘要: Cancer chemotherapies or antitumor agents mainly remain the backbone of current treatment based on killing rapidly dividing cancer cell such as tylophora alkaloids and their analogues which have also demonstrated anticancer potential through diverse biological pathways including regulation immune system. The introduction durable clinically effective monoclonal antibodies, however, unmasked a new era immunotherapies. Therefore, understanding pathogenesis will provide possible options, immunotherapy targeted agents. Combining cytotoxic immunotherapies may offer several unique advantages that are complementary to potentially synergistic with biologic modalities. Herein, we highlight dynamic mechanism action modulation in immunological aspects orally active analogues. We suggest future treatments rely development combining tumor-targeted
