摘要: Microbial populations within poultry litter have been largely ignored with the exception of potential human or livestock pathogens. A better understanding community structure and identity microbial could aid in development management practices that would reduce responsible for toxic air emissions pathogen incidence. In this study, physical properties were correlated to shifts as analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) measured denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). Litter samples taken a 36-point grid pattern at 5 m across 12 down 146 x 12.8 chicken house. At each sample point, parameters such moisture, pH, temperature, relative humidity recorded, molecular analysis. The DGGE showed banding from back water/feeder areas house distinct those other areas. There clusters patterns corresponding front, middle back, waterer/feeder PCA similar cluster patterns, but more separation front midhouse samples. also moisture content temperature (accounting 51.5 31.5% samples, respectively) play major role spatial diversity Based on fingerprints cloned band sequences, there appear be differences types microorganisms over length house, which correspond litter.
