摘要: Testing different management practices can help to identify conditions that decrease or even eliminate pathogenic bacteria in poultry litter. A trial was conducted evaluate the effects of daily manual stirring (rotation litter with a pitchfork) for first 14 d bird's life (WDR), 3 types substrates and quicklime treatment (CaO) during layout time between flocks on occurrence (cfu). total 216 male Cobb broilers were randomly allotted 18 pens new (experimental unit). split-plot design, 6 treatments main plots, used: 1) wood shavings (WS) + WDR, 2) WS without up (WODR), 3) rice hulls (RIH) 4) RIH WODR, 5) mixture 50% 6) WODR. Two subplots: 0 300 g CaO•m(-2) After depopulation, samples collected, CaO incorporated into designated half each pen. The cfu from after 7 counted Chapman agar, brain heart infusion media, MacConkey agar. data analyzed using ANOVA, means compared by least squares (P < 0.05). Neither type substrate nor act affected cfu. incorporation efficiently reduced observed infusion, agar media 57.2, 66.9, 92.1%, respectively, control (6.4, 17.9, 46.1%; P 0.001). In conclusion, g/m(-2) reduces cfu, regardless performed.
