摘要: Resume Les etudes de l'auto-immunite au cours des affections endocriniennes ont demontre depuis longtemps la frequence auto-anticorps anti-organe differentes deficitaires. Ce n'est que plus recemment qu'a ete mise en evidence l'existence d'une immunite a mediation cellulaire anti-organe. dernier type d'immunisation parait beaucoup mieux correle avec survenue clinique affection endocrinienne deficitaire d'auto-anticorps. En dehors certains cas thyroidite, ces derniers paraissent surtout avoir un role regulateur vis-a-vis reponse et non directement destructeur. decrit myxœdemes, maladies d'Addisson, l'insuffisance parathyroidienne panhypopituitarismes. Dans le declenchement d'un tel phenomene d'auto-immunisation, d'affections virales survenant sur terrain genetiquement predispose tres probable. La associations cliniques reactivite biologique permet definir cadre nosologique apparentees reunissant les suivantes : maladie Basedow, diabete insulinoprive, vitiligo Biermer.
