摘要: Abstract Genome-wide studies often exclude family members, even though they are a valuable source of information. We identified parent-offspring pairs, siblings and couples in the UK Biobank implemented family-based DNA-derived heritability method to capture additional genetic effects multiple sources environmental influence on neuroticism years education. Compared estimates from unrelated individuals, increased 10% 27% 19% 57% for education respectively by including effects. detected no influences neuroticism, but was substantially influenced couple similarity (38%). Overall, our closely replicate previous findings an independent sample, more research is required dissect contributions heritability, particularly rare structural residual confounding.
