摘要: Although somatic tissues of Sciara contain 9-membered centrioles, germ line develop giant centrioles with 60–90 singlet tubules disposed in an oval array. Some still may be seen second instar spermatogonia. Each these is associated a larger "daughter" or secondary centriole at right angles to it. Most spermatogonia consist 20–50 arranged oval, sometimes even centriole. The more recently formed pair distinguishable from its partner by concentric band electron-opaque material inside tubules. If each other pictured as "T" two cylinders, the always stem T; primary top. are oriented pole mitotic spindle so that parallel axis. daughter cell receives and, during interphase, gives rise new A Golgi area characteristic morphology found association shortly after ones have formed. We conclude give morphologically different itself. Whether depends on tissue type and stage development.
