摘要: For the mouse hybridoma cell line VO 208, kinetics of growth, consumption glucose and glutamine, production lactate, ammonia antibodies were compared in batch continuous cultures. At a given specific growth rate, different metabolic activities observed: 40% lower glutamine but 70% higher antibody rate than culture. Much rates also measured during initial lag phase When representing variation as function there was positive association between culture, negative transient The kinetic differences cellular metabolism cultures may be result modifications physiology cells which, cultures, extensively exposed to limitations.
