摘要: Anthraquinones are condensed aromatic hydrocarbons found naturally in medicinal plants and known for their potential medical dye applications. were developed as P2 receptor antagonists ectonucleotidase inhibitors feature very different characteristic properties regarding the binding site anthraquinones. This demonstrates that anthraquinone scaffold appears to behave a privileged structure chemistry targeting nucleotide-binding proteins, substitution pattern, especially 4-position, can direct its interaction with specific targets. article will cover activity relationships of anthraquinones three targets: P2Y12 receptor, ecto-5'-nucleotidase P2X2 receptor.
