摘要: Objectives Subepithelial hydroxyapatite calcification of renal papilla is thought to be involved in the formation calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) papillary calculi. To assess mechanism formation, we sought correlate fine structure calculi with specific pathophysiologic conditions and urinary alterations. Methods The study included 831 COM established inner structures. A total 24 patients chronic stone were randomly selected, their urine was collected analyzed. case history lifestyle habits these obtained. Results could classified into 1 4 main groups. Type I small which columnar crystals begin develop concave zone close contact tissue. II contained a core located or near zone. III consisted that developed on tip papillae zone, containing hydroxyapatite, calcified tissue, tubules. IV core, situated near, but not in, formed by intergrown organic matter. Many factors, including alterations (eg, hyperoxaluria), associated diseases hypertension, diabetes), consumption exposure cytotoxic substances analgesic abuse) types Conclusions Our findings have indicated injury first cause calculus location determining morphology resulting calculus.
