摘要: The baby boomers, who now dominate the provision of higher education, have watched Generation Y or echo boomers begin to mature and develop within university system. Experiences with this cohort given faculty managers insights about important generational differences similarities that may help them operate more effectively in 21st century. Five most essential are summarized article: only your parents love you unconditionally, being tough depends on is room at time, understanding ability-performance nexus, finding passion work, managing multiple roles/multiple selves.
