摘要: This study explores moderating effects of the generation on relationships between work engagement employees’ job satisfaction and turnover intention among 742 customer contact employees in hotel industry. A series hierarchical interaction plot analyses indicate that is likely to have some pattern proposed work-related constructs. Moderating are particularly noticeable intention. Millennials were also found be a more distinct cohort from Gen xers Baby Boomers with regard influence Findings suggest especially important retain Millennial employees.
