摘要: Laser flow cytometry has been used for monitoring cellular retention of fluorescent drugs such as anticancer antibiotics (e.g., doxorubicin) and fluorochromes the detection drug efflux resistance rhodamine 123, Hoechst 33342). Multiparametric can be identification tumor cell subpopulations based on their profiles with or without presence an blocker. This rapid procedure cells drug-resistance phenotype well blockers that may block a chemotherapeutic agent thus increase sensitivity. It reported recently some bone marrow stem (SP cells) 33342 fluorochrome rapidly identified by comparing red vs blue fluorescence in absence blocker verapamil.
