摘要: A systematic energy dispersive x-ray reflectometry study of different ruthenium phthalocyanine (RuPc)2 thin films was performed in order to investigate their reactivity with the oxidizing NOx gas. preliminary ex situ analysis, consisting comparison between morphological parameters (before and after exposure gas), performed. It suggests that a reaction involving two mechanisms takes place. The following (while fluxing gas) analysis confirms this hypothesis, clarifies temporal evolution, also revealing first mechanism is limited film surface, while second bulk diffusion process.
