摘要: The distribution of lymphocytes in the peripheral lymphoid organs is controlled by recirculatory and microenvironmental factors. Specific interactions between recirculating high endothelial venules various determine presence proportions sets subsets those organs. Separate determinants on node Peyer's patch endothelium along with complementary lymphocyte receptors mediate this organ specificity. B T cells also exhibit nonrandom organization within tissues; after entry via they segregate into their respective domains, which appear to be determined distinct types nonlymphoid stromal cells.
