摘要: Electroporation, PEC, PEG plus electroporation and Biolistics methods were tested in gene transformation ofP. yezoensis. The exogenousgus was from plasmid of pBI121 pCAMBIA1301, both contain the CaMV35S promoter. receptors included protoplasts, tissues free-living conchocelis filaments Several factors, for example, voltage, capacitance bivalent cations, etc., studied. Results show that these four are all efficient inP. yezoensis; is best one, with efficiency up to 4×10−5. GUS activity detected 26 days after by using method.
