摘要: Aims and objectives To examine the relationships between structural factors (work stressors), individual (demographics personal resources of resilience social support) transactional (appraisals coping), nursing staffs' levels burnout, psychological distress caring behaviours. Methods A sample 102 from an Acute Trust were recruited 2010. Participants completed questionnaires: Nursing Stress Scale, Social Support Questionnaire-Short Form, Connor Davidson Resilience Scale-2, Occupational Coping Self-Efficacy Scale for Nurses, PsychNurse Maslach Burnout Inventory, The Hospital Anxiety Depression Caring Behaviours Inventory-revised. Due nonparametric nature part data, Spearman's Rho correlations used analysis.
