Unravelling salutogenic mechanisms in the workplace: the role of learning

摘要: ABSTRACT Objective To explore the moderating and mediating role(s) of learning within relationship between sense coherence (SOC) generalized resistance resources. Method Cross-sectional study (N = 481), using a self-administered questionnaire, employees working in healthcare sector Netherlands 2017. Four residential settings one healthcare-related Facebook group were involved. Multiple linear regression models used to test for effects learning. Results Social relations, task significance, job control significantly explained variance SOC. Conceptual, social, instrumental learning, combined, moderated SOC significance. Instrumental also mediated this relationship. Conceptual did not show any or effect. Conclusions The three GRRs seems be strengthened −to certain extent − by social Healthcare organizations are recommended promote through formal activities as well cooperation, feedback, sharing experiences, challenges. This requires employee participation multilevel interdisciplinary approach.
