摘要: Immunotherapy is increasingly being applied in conjunction with any of the three commonly accepted treatment modalities surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation therapy solid hematological malignancies. Radiation therapy, which can be as a monotherapy, has immunostimulatory properties that are specifically augmented when used together immunotherapy. High-dose irradiation significant effects on both targeted tumor immune system mutually enhancing appropriately. Immunogenic cell death changes gene expression irradiated cells fuel system, allowing for immunemediated killing leads to improved overall survival. Herein, we discussed recent advances immunotherapy, covering myeloid-derived suppressor (MDSCs), radioimmunotherapy, immunocheckpoint inhibition, cancer vaccine, chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) engineered T NK cells. We put forth our current understanding mechanisms behind how immunotherapy complement each other, suggest some topics worthy further exploration.
