摘要: Abstract The fabrication of microminiature thermocouples for use with infrared radiation detectors is discussed and illustrated some practical devices. In particular, the free-standing wires to achieve thermal isolation between hot cold junctions described. This results in a well defined junction small capacity, thereby increasing temperature rise given power input so improving sensitivity detector. Initial measurements performance this device are presented.
