摘要: ABSTRACT Women have worked as corrections officers (COs) in some adult male prisons most states for the past two decades. However, degree of acceptance women COs and perception officers' job performance by men varied greatly. This study was based on results a survey working men's midwestern state. Comparisons responses about women's acceptance, safety, perceived revealed significant gender differences.
