摘要: In an effort to explore the relationship between gender differences and a variety of variables in Ihe correctional officer environment, questionnaires were sent all COs employed direct custody role three midwestern prisons. These prisons included maximum security prison, reception diagnostic center, minimum prison. Completed returned by 196 officers (157 male, 39 female). Statistically significant found several demographic, prison-related, interpersonal variables. are discussed suggestions for further research presented.
