摘要: An objective of the present invention is to provide an activated Rho protein target derived from a human and gene coding for same. The provides derivative thereof which has following characteristics: (1) having binding activity, (2) profilin (3) being located at q31.2 chromosome 5, (4) molecular weight about 150 kDa as measured by SDS-PAGE. Respiratory tract hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, acute myelocytic leukemia (AML) myelodysplasia syndrome (MDS) can be diagnosed using nucleotide sequence this protein.
