摘要: Disclosed are a novel hepatitis A vaccine virus strain SH, method for isolating the same, and adapting same to MRC-5 cells. The was isolated from feces of patient with an acute infection then transmitted human diploid cells adapted culture. In adaptation process, culture period early generation subculture 35 days, after eighth passage shortened 24 days. With eight further passages, antigen titer reached 1:512-1:1024, infectious 7.0-8.0lgCCID 50 /ml. Immunogenicity cross protection assays showed that inactivated produced has good protective effect immunogenicity. is ideal large-scale industrial production vaccine.
