摘要: Abstract The DNA adducts formed from the potent carcinogen dibenzo[a,l]pyrene (DB[a,l]P) in cultures of Sencar mouse embryo cells and a keratinocyte cell line epidermis vivo were analyzed by 35S−phosphorothioate postlabeling, immobilized boronate chromatography reverse-phase HPLC. results demonstrate that major result activation DB[a,l]P to DB[a,l]P-11,12-diol-13,14-epoxide. Adducts both syn− anti−isomers this diol epoxide are culture, but only anti−isomer detected.
