摘要: Abstract This review describes a series of studies on the tumorigenic activities polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in various experimental animal model systems, their abilities to form PAH–DNA adducts target tissues, and mutate ras oncogenes PAH-induced tumors. The is limited those PAHs that do not contain nitrogen, for which mutations have been detected induced tumors, some information available about structures DNA tissue. In general, at deoxyadenosine induce codon 61, whereas deoxyguanosine primarily codons 12 or 13. Those both bases types mutations. These correlations provide evidence involvement adduct-directed etiology these mutation spectra may fact point back identity type adduct formed.
