摘要: Extensive work has been done in order to determine the bulk elastic modulus of isotropic samples from force curves acquired with atomic microscopy. However, new challenges are encountered given development materials constructed one-dimensional anisotropic building blocks, such as carbon nanostructured paper. In present work, we establish a reliable framework correlate values obtained by amplitude modulation microscope curves, nanoscopic technique, that determined traditional macroscopic tensile testing. do so, several techniques involving image processing, statistical analysis, and simulations used find appropriate path understand how properties arise nanoscale components, ultimately, being able calculate value modulus.
