摘要: This paper presents a microchip that isolates and enriches target-binding single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) from randomized mixture using combination of solid-phase extraction electrophoresis. Strands ssDNA in are captured via specific binding onto target-functionalized microbeads microchamber. The strands further separated impurities enriched on-chip consists two microchambers connected by channel filled with agarose gel. In the isolation chamber, beads functionalized human immunoglobulin E (IgE) retained weir structure. An integrated heater elevates temperature chamber to elute desired beads, electrophoretic transport through gel second is accomplished applying an electric potential difference between chambers. Experimental results show expressing affinity IgE was sample random sequences, demonstrating enhance sensitivity detection methods dilute complex biological samples.
