摘要: Purpose of the study: This article reviews comparative efficacy, theoretical and practical background three program evaluation models (Stufflebeam’s CIPP model, Kirkpatrick’s outcome-based models) their implications in educational programs. The discusses strengths limitations models. Methodology: Peer-reviewed scholarly journals were searched for articles related to importance. Keywords included evaluation’, ‘assessment’, ‘CIPP model’, ‘evaluation programs, ‘outcome-based ‘planning’. Articles on Stufflebeam’s particularlyfocused because review aimed at analysing these models. inadequacies weighed presented. Main Findings: –outcome-based Kirkpatric model –discussed this review, have some weaknesses. Among compared models, seems more appropriate its implantation evaluating programs it is broader, comprehensive, flexible, cost-effective, feasible. Applications Like other projects, necessary achieve high standards, better outcomes, meet objectives. Evaluation employed before designing a particular or during already designed program. concludes that among different efficient, feasible.Employment can plausible results about overall progress Novelty/Originality highlights importance It offers an excellent mechanism evaluate stages.
