摘要: Citrinin depresses the phosphorylation efficiency of rat renal cortical mitochondria, as inferred from decrease respiratory control coefficient (RC) and ADP/O ratios. The transmembrane potential (delta psi) developed by energized mitochondria depolarization upon ADP addition are also decreased. (1.0 mM) inhibits almost all enzymes linked to chain increases activity succinate cytochrome c reductase oxidase (coupled). Malate glutamate dehydrogenases inhibited. inhibitory action citrinin on could be related following findings: effect complex I; ATP synthetase complex; partial inhibition potential.
