摘要: Shubnikov-de Haas effect was observed in Bi and 100- x Sb alloys ( is the atomic percentage of Sb) with =0.1, 0.5 1.4 pulsed high magnetic fields up to 45 T. It found that relative amplitude quantum oscillation greatly enhanced, by doping a small amount into pure Bi. An explanation made for enhancement based upon theory diffusion size effect, assuming bulk electron-hole recombination time much smaller than
