摘要: Hot-electron magnetophoton resonances in micrometre size n+n-n+ InP structures are reported crossed electric and magnetic fields the temperature range from 110 to 230 K. The full series of quantum oscillation was studied up number N=1 using pulsed high 40 T. sign reversal oscillatory magnetoconductivity extrema maxima minima observed with increasing field 3*104 V cm-1. physical mechanism for is interpreted terms electric-field-induced inter-Landau level inelastic scattering carriers by longitudinal optic phonons.
