摘要: Few cities in the world have appropriate models, tools and skills required to translate broad commitments urban ecological sustainability into practical policies, programs projects. Many are compelled act absence of rigorous analysis modelling provide a better evidence base how their environments behave at present, let alone following planned interventions. A number computer-based simulation models being employed forecast evaluate land use change (Landis & Zhang, 1998a, 1998b; Batty, et al., 1999; 2003; Wegener 2002; Benenson Torrens, 2004, 2005; Waddell, 2000, 2002, 2004 2006). These represent spatial dynamic approach that enables planners view analyse future outcomes current decisions policies before they put action. However, there remain several challenges. Modelling efforts proceeded separately disciplinary approaches not adequately addressed processes variables couple human systems exists gap between most stakeholders modellers who develop, operate interpret these models. In response, this empirical research aims develop an assessment framework which integrates (1) process form multidisciplinary participatory (involving local expert knowledge) (2) analytical system. To assessment, we proposing adopt methodology collaborative design, adaptation evaluation (an adapted action research). date, study involved search for operational computer based system integrated methodology. Hence Open Platform Urban Simulation (OPUS) UrbanSim Paul Waddell Integrated Sustainability Assessment (ISA) Rotmans Weaver (2006) were selected. The stage will involve design development prototype. Once prototype has been developed, final implementation combination with (2006), as part case study.
