摘要: This article reviews results on the studies of biomedical applications functional polymers in which biologically active compounds are chemically or physically immobilized. The strategy for achieving biological activity polymers, designs them, syntheses, and examinations discussed. As polymeric anticancer drugs prodrugs having 5-fluorouracil moieties were prepared their vivo was investigated using Ehrlich's Sarcoma 180 ascites tumor-bearing mice. It found that polysaccharide-coated-liposome encapsuled nucleic acid analogs show potent immunomodulating activities. done by monitoring vitro superoxide anion production from activated human neutrophils mouse peritoneal macrophages. Moreover, heparin and/or prostaglandin I2-immobilized hydrogel entrapped poly(vinyl chloride). From result partial thromboplastin time, inhibition platelet aggregation, hole blood clotting time it seen drug-immobilized antithrombogenic biomaterials provide high antithrombogenicity.
