摘要: Abstract In this study, the effect of heat treatment on physical properties such as crystal structure, transformation temperatures, thermodynamic behavior and activation energy Ni50.5Mn29.5Ga20 (at.%) off-stoichiometric Heusler alloys was investigated. The treatments were conducted at 800 °C, 900 °C 1000 °C for 2 h in argon atmosphere then samples quenched ice brine. It has been found that treated possess a coexistence phase martensite gamma (γ) phases while untreated alloy is γ free. Moreover, elevating annealing temperature resulted increased martensitic temperatures.
