摘要: Staining with Luxol-fast-blue was shown to be a satisfactory method for identifying mouse eosinophils. IN agar cultures of marrow stimulated by pokeweed mitogen-stimulated spleen conditioned medium (SCM), 2-10 compact positive eosinophil colonies varied according the batch human plasma used in culture medium. Similar colony-forming cells were detected and peripheral blood but not thymus or lymph nodes. Some develop crude lung high concentrations GM-CSF purified from this source. The forming sedimented more rapidly (5.5-6.5 mm/h) than dispersed-eosinophil 94.5 mm/h). Transfer studies using intact redispersed colony failed demonstrate an interrelationship between two types appear distinct subset percursors.
