摘要: Varicella zoster virus (VZV) is the causative agent of chickenpox (varicella) and shingles (herpes zoster). VZV other members herpesvirus family are distinguished by their ability to establish a latent infection, with potential reactivate spread susceptible individuals. This lifelong relationship continually subjects host immune system as such has evolved plethora strategies evade manipulate response. review will focus on our current understanding innate anti-viral control mechanisms faced VZV. We also discuss diverse array employed regulate these responses highlight new knowledge interactions between human cells.
